This is a translation for convenience. The Italian version is the one that governs.

What this site is

FanDistrict publishes videos licensed from the creators themselves: some are promotional extracts, some are complete videos. Everything here is attributed and linked to the creator's official channel, where the rest of her material lives. The site creates no content of its own: what is published comes from uploads by its users and from submissions by third parties under an upload licence, and is reviewed before publication.

Minimum age

Access is for adults only. The check is a legal condition, not a formality.

Licences and withdrawal

Every published video is covered by a signed agreement with an identified creator. Any creator may withdraw her consent at any time and without giving a reason: withdrawal removes her material from every page of the site on the next request.

Permitted use

The content may be watched on the site. Downloading it, redistributing it or republishing it elsewhere is not permitted: the licence that makes it available here does not extend to you.

Reporting

Anything here can be reported through the reporting page. Every report receives a reasoned decision.
